ADAM HART, WILLIAM NEOFTISTOS and TIMOTHY REARDON were charged with operating an illegal gambling business and conspiring to obstruct a Massachusetts State Police investigation into their activities. All the defendants have agreed to plead guilty and cooperate with the government’s investigation.
